About the Role

Caregiver's Home Solutions (CHS), a family-owned, award-winning home care agency, seeks dedicated, experienced caregivers who believe in making a real difference in people's lives. We serve Fairfield & New Haven Counties with full-time, part-time, hourly, live-in, and overnight positions available.

What You'll Be Doing

• Assisting with daily living skills like grooming, bathing, dressing, and hygiene
• Supporting mobility, transfers, and light exercises
• Preparing meals and helping with light housekeeping
• Offering companionship and social engagement
• Keeping detailed notes of care and changes
• Providing transportation to appointments and errands

Requirements

• Experienced Caregiver - CNA, PCA, Homemaker, or Companion
• Compassionate, patient, and trustworthy
• Adaptable to new situations and environments
• Good listener and able to remain calm in stressful situations
• Natural at multitasking
• Reliable and ready to work
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Able to pass a national background check
• Comfortable providing hands-on personal care
• Able to assist with personal hygiene tasks
• Willing to prepare and cook healthy meals
• Able to perform basic housekeeping duties

Preferred Qualifications

• Experienced with gait belts, Hoyer lifts, transfer boards, and other equipment
• Drivers with a valid license and reliable vehicle - must have a clean record
• Bilingual (Spanish, Hindi, Portuguese, Creole, or other languages) - highly valued in our diverse client communities
