What You’ll Be Doing:
- Meal preparation
- Medication reminders and assistance
- Assistance with bathing, grooming, and mobility
- Stand-by support, repositioning, or lifting
- Companionship—conversation, games, walks, etc.
- Light housekeeping
- Transportation to appointments and errands (as needed)

Education and/or Experience:
- Active WA State HCA or CNA license
- Reliable transportation to client locations
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
- Ability to pass a background check
- Microsoft Office Suite, Word, Excel, and Outlook experience
- Experience with or the technical aptitude to proficiently use records management systems and health care programs such as WellSky Personal Care
Physical Demands:
- Sit, stand, walk
- Lift and/or move up to 20 pounds
- Lift and/or move up to 50 pounds when assisting with direct patient care
- Lift and/or move up to 100 pounds, assisted when providing direct patient care
- Sometimes lift and/or move more than 100 pounds, assisted when providing direct patient care
- Sit, stand, walk, lift, balance, use hands to finger, handle, grasp, or feel
- Talk and hear
- Bend and reach with hands and arms
- Use repetitive motion of wrists, hands, and/or fingers
- Occasionally climb ladders or steps
- Carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body
Work Environment:
- Exposure to both inside and outside environmental conditions
- Exposure to atmospheric conditions during in-home visits, such as fumes, odors, dusts, mists, or poor ventilation
- Exposure to infectious diseases
