Pay

• 25% commission on gross (new & used)
• Mini‑volume bonuses up to $200 each, total up to $3,000 per month
• Gas & demo allowances up to $200 per month
• Year‑end bonus: up to $20 per unit (Top Gun Award)
• Bonus structure based on units sold:
  • 9‑11.5 units → $550 bonus
  • 12‑14.5 units → $300 bonus
  • 15‑16.5 units → $1,000 bonus
  • 17‑20.5 units → $1,500 bonus
  • 21‑24.5 units → $2,000 bonus
  • 25‑29.5 units → $2,500 bonus
  • 30+ units → $3,000 bonus
