IMMEDIATE OPENINGS - Early Childhood Educator Sports Coach
Job Summary
Super Soccer Stars and Amazing Athletes South Shore is seeking a dedicated and motivated Early Childhood Educator Sports Coach to inspire young children through sports and physical activity.
About the Role
You will provide dynamic and engaging instruction to children aged 1 to 10, creating a fun and supportive environment that promotes both skill development and a love for sports.
Responsibilities
- Lead classes focusing on skill development, teamwork, positive reinforcement, and social interaction
- Create a fun and supportive environment for all children
- Ensure every child feels included and encouraged
Requirements
- Experience working with young children, ideally in sports coaching, teaching, or recreational contexts (not required)
- Creative and engaging approach to teaching and coaching kids
- Reliable transportation to travel across the South Shore, from Quincy to Plymouth
- Availability to work weekday mornings 9am-11:30am, afternoons 3pm-6pm, and at least one weekend morning 9am-11:30am
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred (can be obtained during training)
- Able to communicate effectively with children and their parents

Pay
Starting pay of $26 per hour, increasing seasonally based on successful coach evaluations and positive end of season parent reviews.
Schedule
Flexible scheduling available, with weekday mornings 9am-11:30am, afternoons 3pm-6pm, and at least one weekend morning 9am-11:30am.
Qualifications
Full vaccination upon commencement of employment, subject to legally required exemptions. Proof of vaccination in certain states will be required.
