Responsibilities
To assist clients with:
- Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
- Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs)
- Personal care and companionship
- Mobility assistance
- Additional delegated tasks under RN supervision, as appropriate
Qualifications
- Hold a valid HHA or PCA certification
- Proof of COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption
- Current medical documentation and vaccinations (or willingness to obtain them)
- Complete a drug screening or Habituation Form
