Responsibilities
- Aid with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
- Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping
- Remind about medication
- Assist with mobility and transfers
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Monitor and report on the client's condition
- Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable living environment
Qualifications
- Previous caregiving experience preferred
- Experience with seniors or individuals with chronic illnesses
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Current automobile insurance
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Valid Social Security Number
- Fingerprinted and eligible to work under the Illinois Health Care Worker Background Check Registry
