About the role

HII Mission Technologies is seeking Imagery Intelligence (IMINT) Analysts near Fort Gordon, GA!

Responsibilities

• Congruent with the Army GEOINT Enterprise, conduct all-source analytic production by interpreting imagery including visible, infrared, and radar data as well as full motion video for the identification of foreign conventional and unconventional military installations; civilian infrastructure relevant to military capabilities; weapon systems; orders of battle; military equipment and defenses; battle damage assessments; communications; humanitarian efforts
• Conduct near real-time observation, analysis, exploitation and reporting of GEOINT data
• Perform GEOINT PED on various A-ISR platforms
• Maintain proficiency on GEOINT data from A-ISR platforms
• Additional duties as assigned or required

Requirements

• IMINT Analyst 3: 5 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 3 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 0 years experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 9 years relevant experience
• IMINT Analyst 4: 9 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 7 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 4 years relevant experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 13 years relevant experience
• IMINT Analyst 5: 15 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 13 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 10 years relevant experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 19 years relevant experience

Qualifications

• Excellent written and oral communication, research, and analytic skills
• Expert ability to manage personnel, requirements, and coordination of projects
• Expert capabilities to research, create, develop, and deliver professional briefings, multimedia presentations, and written reports
• Extensive experience supporting decision making and special projects on integration issues, including the preparation, production, and coordination of written products and briefings for senior stakeholders
• Expert knowledge of Army structure and defense level intelligence operations: intelligence collection, fusion, analysis, production, and dissemination for intelligence databases and products
• Expertise in tradecraft and publication and ability to coordinate and support cross-community meetings and working groups, assimilate large volumes of information, and independently produce written reports
• Clearance: Must possess and maintain a TS/SCI clearance

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Remote Sensing, Cartography, Geography, or related field AND at least 10 years of Intelligence Analysis experience to include 8 years of current GEOINT Analysis experience; OR High School Diploma/GED AND Specialized Training with at least 15 years of Intelligence Analysis experience to include 10 years of current GEOINT Analysis experience
• Masters in Remote Sensing, Cartography, Geography, or related field AND 6 years current GEOINT Analysis experience; OR Bachelors in Remote Sensing, Cartography, Geography, or related field AND at least 10 years of Intelligence Analysis experience to include 8 years of current GEOINT Analysis experience; OR High School Diploma AND Specialized Training with at least 15 years of Intelligence Analysis experience to include 10 years of current GEOINT Analysis experience
• PhD in Remote Sensing, Cartography, Geography, or related field AND 5 years current GEOINT Analysis experience; OR Masters in Remote Sensing, Cartography, Geography, or related field AND 10 years current GEOINT Analysis experience; OR Bachelors in Remote Sensing, Cartography, Geography, or related field AND at least 15 years of Intelligence Analysis experience to include 8 years of current GEOINT Analysis experience
