Imaging System Specialist - Part Time

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Accurately and timely scan images into the ImageCentre imaging system.
• Assist assigned departments with file organization, including cleaning out old files and preparing documents for scanning.
• Perform basic editing tasks on imaged documents, such as rescanning bad or missing images and rotating skewed pages.
• Collaborate with image editors to facilitate the timely progress of imaging projects.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Excellent attention to detail, ability to identify missing items, advanced organizational skills, ability to work under deadlines, and self-motivation.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma or equivalent.
