Imaging Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Maintains the operations of the imaging team.
• Directly approves time cards and time off requests for all employees within the department.
• Collects and verifies daily data counts and reports status/issues to management.
• Ensures the department meets/exceeds established metrics/service-level agreement (SLA) standards.
• Identifies, researches, and corrects process gaps (intra/inter departmental) promptly.
• Continually reviews and updates policies and procedures for the imaging team and ensures proper controls are in place.
• Performs quality control reviews as needed.
• Manages third-party vendors and assists/train staff as needed.
• Requests, creates/prepares, updates/revises, reviews, tests, finalizes/approves, conducts training, and maintains the department's policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years prior office services related experience (preferably mortgage related).
• Considerable knowledge of workflow processes.
• Leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate, mentor, train, coach, evaluate performance, and lead a multi-functional staff in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction and to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work collaboratively with peers, company managers, and customers in a team environment to attain common goals.
• Effective communication skills, both in writing and orally, in person and by telephone, with all levels of the organization and with external customers.
• Strong instructing and advising skills.
• Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Ability to enter and extract data from a computer database.
• Ability to locate data in a computer database for the purpose of researching and resolving customer inquiries.
• Strict confidentiality maintained.

Pay

$58,700.00 - $98,600.00 salary. Actual compensation may vary within the range provided, depending on a number of factors, including qualifications, skills and experience.

Schedule

Working conditions are normal for an office environment. Ability to attend work and be productive during normal business hours and to work early, late, or weekend hours as needed for successful job performance. Over time required as necessary. Essential functions are the basic job duties that an employee must be able to perform, with or without reasonable accommodation.
