Imaging Services Supervisor

About the Role

Working with the Manager and/or Director, you will be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating the daily functions and workflow of assigned departmental personnel. You will supervise Imaging Services personnel involved in Diagnostic Radiology procedures, including routine procedures performed in the surgical suite, and ensure department rules, regulations, procedures, and protocols are properly followed.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and coordinate daily functions and workflow of departmental personnel.
• Supervise Imaging Services personnel involved in Diagnostic Radiology procedures, including those performed in the surgical suite.
• Ensure compliance with department rules, regulations, procedures, and protocols.
• Maneuver equipment and improvise patient positioning when routine methods are not feasible.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of relevant experience.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA).
• Active status as a Registered Technologist - Radiography, RT(R), through the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
• Radiologic Technologist license from the Indiana State Department of Health (ISDH).
• Knowledge of state and federal laws relevant to the assigned area.
