Imaging Production Specialist I

About the role

Iron Mountain is seeking an efficient, detail-oriented Document Scanning Specialist to join our Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing high-quality document preparation and image scanning to meet daily production goals. This role is vital in initiating the imaging process and obtaining our conversion objectives.

Responsibilities

• Main Responsibility: Perform accurate document preparation, including sorting and removing staples, and scan hardcopy files to create high-quality electronic images.
• Collaboration: Adhere to Imaging Center procedures, follow production procedures, and communicate personal production updates and job-specific questions/clarification predominantly with Imaging Center personnel and management.
• Compliance: Maintain record order and sequence, ensure a clean work environment, and complete all required internal documentation and tracking to ensure compliance and accuracy.

Skills & Qualifications

• Experience & Knowledge: Familiarity with PC and other computer-related products and demonstrated understanding of the importance of detail and accuracy.
• Core Competencies: Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Work Style: A proven ability to work at a sustained pace to meet production rates while producing quality work, and acceptance of change and long durations of project assignments.
• Education/Certification: Minimum business expertise is required.

Pay

$18.75/hr (No Benefits to Start: temp-to-perm)

Reasonably expected salary range: $36,600.00 – $45,700.00

Schedule

5:30 am – 2:00 pm (Monday – Friday)
