About the Role
Step into a role where your expertise drives uptime on high-end imaging systems like MRI, CT, and beyond. You’ll own the critical path—diagnosing and restoring complex equipment with speed and precision, leading teams, ensuring compliance, and mentoring others to shape imaging support standards.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and restore high-end imaging systems (MRI, CT, Cath Lab, etc.) with speed and precision.
- Lead technical work, direct vendors, and set standards for excellence.
- Ensure compliance by aligning with physicists and regulations for safe, accurate scans.
- Mentor others and shape imaging support processes across the site.
- Maintain rigorous documentation and technical standards.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience servicing complex imaging equipment (MRI, CT, Cath Lab, or similar) — required.
- Associate’s degree in electronics/technical field or equivalent experience (required; waived with TRIMEDX certification or similar).
- Bachelor’s in engineering technology (preferred).
- Strong computer diagnostics, networking basics, and Excel proficiency.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to handle complex systems and determine root cause without guesswork.
- Experience as a go-to expert for tough issues in MRI, CT, or Cath Lab environments.
- Clear communication skills to build trust with clinicians quickly.
- Commitment to raising the bar for technical rigor and process improvement.

Pay
Applicants can expect a compensation range of $45.70 - $73.10 hourly for this opportunity.
