About Us

At Trimedx, all of our associates share a common purpose of serving clients, patients, communities, and each other with equal measures of care and performance. Everyone is focused on serving the customer through collaboration and support. Associates look forward to coming to work each day—every associate matters and makes a difference. It is truly a culture like no other.

About the Role

You’re ready to take the skills you’ve built in imaging service and apply them where your expertise shapes patient care. You want a role where your judgment is trusted and your technical range keeps expanding.

  • Restore confidence in every scan by repairing, calibrating, and verifying complex imaging systems.
  • Lead the charge on regulatory accuracy—radiation outputs, documentation, and database integrity.
  • Be the technical voice clinicians rely on when equipment performance affects real-time decisions.
  • Mentor others, guide vendors, and keep inventory tight so equipment stays up and running.

You’re Our Person If…

  • You like digging into complex systems until the “why” becomes obvious.
  • You stay calm when equipment is down and people are waiting.
  • You enjoy being the person others call because you simply know how to fix it.
  • You take pride in precision—because in imaging, details matter.

Why Us

  • We give you access to advanced imaging technology and the training to master it.
  • You’ll work with people who respect your craft and trust your expertise, not just your wrench skills.

Benefits

  • Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and 401K.
  • Paid-Time Off.
  • Ongoing training and education.
  • Growth and promotional opportunities.
  • Job opportunities available on a national level.
  • International volunteer opportunities through the TRIMEDX Foundation.
  • Annual merit increases.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years repairing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and installing medical imaging equipment (radiographic rooms, C-arms, ultrasound, mammography, etc.).
  • Strong computer skills: interpreting error codes, replacing power supplies, hard-drive work, and system diagnostics.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel) and networking applications.
  • Valid driver’s license; travel as needed.
  • 2-year technical/electronics degree or equivalent experience or TRIMEDX Trained Certification/biomedical certification program.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks required for equipment service.

Culture

At Trimedx, we are committed to cultivating a workplace culture where every associate feels valued, supported, and empowered to thrive. This culture reflects our belief that our people are our foundation, their well-being is essential, and shared success is built through meaningful work, recognition, and opportunities for growth. We embrace people’s differences, including age, race, color, ethnicity, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, education, genetics, veteran status, disability, religion, beliefs, opinions, and life experiences.
