Responsibilities
- Managing patient flow
- Conducting patient screening
- Assisting patients during procedures
- Maintaining supplies
- Supporting technologists as needed
- Remote cardiac monitoring for patients undergoing MRI when they are off nursing units
Qualifications
- Education: Paramedic - High school diploma/GED and a graduate of an accredited paramedic program. Required or LPN - High school diploma or GED plus completion of an accredited LPN program. Required or 2nd Year Rad Tech - High school diploma or GED Required
- Work Experience: Prior experience as a paramedic or LPN Preferred; Recent experience in cardiac monitoring and arrhythmia interpretation Required
- Licenses and Certifications: Paramedic Certification Required or LPN license Required or 2nd year Rad Tech Required; BLS certification Required
