Responsible for instructing and supervising campers at Camp Pendleton, CA. Duties include leading activities, ensuring safety, and fostering a positive environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily activities and programs for campers
• Ensure all campers are safe and supervised at all times
• Foster a positive and inclusive environment for all campers
• Communicate effectively with parents and other staff members

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• First Aid/CPR certification
• Experience working with children
• Pass a background check

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred)
• Previous experience in a leadership role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
