Duties

• Operate the cash register, manage transactions, and proficiently use the POS system.
• Prepare and serve sandwiches
• Affix to basic food preparation, ensuring all products meet safety and quality standards.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with both new and returning guests, ensuring they leave with a memorable and positive experience.
• Perform routine cleaning and store maintenance to ensure the shop remains welcoming and orderly at all times.

Requirements

• Must be able to obtain food handler's card
• Excellent customer service skills and professional demeanor
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time up to 8 hours
• Ability to stand, squat, kneel, bend, and crouch for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds.
