Join our Investigator Initiated Trials (IIT) Program and play a critical role in transforming bold research ideas into active, compliant, and impactful clinical trials.
As an IIT Research Program Coordinator, you’ll work side by side with investigators, clinicians, regulatory teams, and external collaborators across the state and nation. Your work will support cutting-edge, investigator-driven clinical trials—often from the first idea all the way through data analysis and regulatory submission. Every day is different. Every study matters.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Health Professions field.
- 24 months experience in nursing, healthcare, or clinical trials management.
- Equivalency/Substitution: Will accept 48 months equivalent experience in lieu of a Bachelor's Degree.
- If the department requires an RN or Physician Assistant, the applicant must have current State licensure.
- Hiring contingent upon a background check.
Pay
Targeted annual salary ranges from $38,700 to $50,300, based on experience.
