Role Responsibilities

  • Build trust and credibility with Financial Advisors by demonstrating strong knowledge of Morgan Stanley solutions, ongoing servicing needs, and applicable regulatory topics; stay current on policy and regulatory updates.
  • Work closely with institutional consultants and their teams, acting as the direct contact and escalation point for institutional client matters via email and phone.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify process and technology roadblocks and implement scalable improvements that support growth of the institutional business.
  • Cook up coordination across business lines, operations teams, and external providers to resolve client issues end-to-end.
  • Participate in ongoing training to maintain knowledge of policies, procedures, and risk awareness; take initiative and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
  • Think critically about existing work streams and processes, identify gaps and opportunities.
  • Assist with the transition and operational onboarding for new client wins and new recruit mandates, including contract requests via Salesforce.
  • Champion and support diversity and inclusion.
  • Qualifications

    • College degree required
    • 3 or more years of industry experience preferred
    • Active Series 7, 63 and 65 (or Series 7 and 66) required
    • Additional product licenses may be required
    • Experience with Custodians, Recordkeepers, and Third-Party Administrators preferred
