The organization seeks a licensed therapist to lead the Intensive In-Home team, providing clinical supervision and evidence-based interventions to children and families. The Team Lead conducts evaluations, oversees treatment planning, ensures fidelity to evidence-based practices, supervises team members, and manages productivity.

Responsibilities
- Conduct ongoing evaluation, assessment, and counseling for children and families.
- Provide clinical supervision and lead weekly team meetings.
- Ensure compliance with Medicaid requirements and timely documentation.
- Monitor team-to-family ratios and manage caseloads.
- Participate in crisis intervention and provide individual therapy as needed.
Requirements
- Full or provisional licensure as LCSW(A), LCMHC(A), LMFT(A), or equivalent in North Carolina.
- Experience in clinical supervision and intensive in-home services.
