Responsibilities

  • Assemble and disassemble process equipment for production operations and cleaning.
  • Prepare correct ingredients and raw materials for the production process, including measuring, weighing, and mixing.
  • Operate and monitor all process equipment (liquid and powder), following equipment monitoring systems, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and work instructions.
  • Perform in-process product control and analysis according to SOPs, considering appearance, texture, moisture, temperature, and pH.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure workflow efficiency, personal safety, and equipment protection.
  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), 5S, ISO, and other company standards.
  • Operate forklifts or other support equipment used in manufacturing or equipment maintenance.
  • Record and input necessary data during the production process as per SOPs.
  • Adhere to training standards, including safety practices and proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Report equipment malfunctions or process control issues to supervisors.
  • Maintain compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with all departments to drive continuous plant improvements.
  • Contribute to team efforts to achieve required results.

Requirements

  • Elementary education completed.
  • High school diploma or ongoing studies is desirable.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and 5S programs.
