IHBT Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Oversee the provision of comprehensive mental health services required of the IHBT program.
• Supervise IHBT program staff who provide Intensive home‑based treatment (IHBT) for child/adolescent and family, integrating:
  • Community psychiatric supportive treatment (CPST) service
  • Therapeutic Behavioral Services (TBS)
  • Mental health assessment
  • Mental health crisis response
  • Individual service plan delivery
  • Behavioral health counseling and therapy service
  • Social services
• Work toward the goal of preventing out‑of‑home placement or facilitating a successful transition back to home.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, social work, or marriage and family therapy with a supervision designation.
• Current licensure by the State of Ohio Counselor, Social Worker and Marriage and Family Therapist board as a LISWS or LPCCS.
• Ability to maintain a flexible work schedule that meets the needs of the program and clients and families served.
