About the role

Northeast Family Services is seeking Clinicians to join our growing team in Massachusetts. This is a great position for a newly licensed Master's level clinician, as we provide supervision for Independent Licensure. Independent licensed clinicians have opportunities to expand their skillsets. Bilingual opportunities are available, with both Full-Time and Fee-for-Service hours offered.

Responsibilities

The In Home Behavioral Therapist (IHBS) provides structured, consistent, strength-based therapeutic interventions in a client’s home to treat a youth’s behavioral needs. IHBS Therapists support caregivers to better understand their children's needs by exploring patterns of behavior and improving communication.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, special education, or related CBHI approved degree program
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, youth, and families in a home or community setting (highly desirable)
• Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders (preferred)
• Experience working with children on the autism spectrum (desirable)
• Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. (unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time)
• Access to a laptop or CPS, high-speed secure internet, and a phone required for Fee-for-Service positions
• Access to high-speed secure internet required for Full-Time positions

Pay

Full-Time: Salary $64,000 to $72,000 per year. $10,000 stay-on bonus ($5,000 at 6 months and $5,000 at 12 months). Incentive rate of $60/hour over productivity.

Fee-for-Service: $50 to $70 per hour.
