Pay & Schedule

• $22–$29+/hour (based on experience)
• $2/hour differential for 2nd and weekend shifts
• Weekend, 1st & 2nd shifts available – choose what fits your life
• $500 Sign On Bonus for Welders once hired perm

What You’ll Do

• Fit, weld, and assemble steel structures
• Read and work from blueprints & engineering drawings
• Ensure work meets strict quality and safety standards
• Be part of a team that values skill and workmanship

Qualifications

• Flux-core, metalcore welding experience
• 3 or more recent years of experience
• Experience in fitting and welding steel
• Mechanical aptitude
• Strong attention to detail and solid work ethic
• Able to read blueprints and drawings
• Ability to pass weld tests: Flux Core (3G Vertical Uphill) and GMAW (1G Flat Position)
