But we only have allowed headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can map content accordingly. We need to decide which sections to include. - About the role: could contain description of role, mission, who we are, maybe job summary overview. About the role

PHI Health is the leading air ambulance provider in the United States, operating over 80 bases and transporting more than 22,000 patients annually. As a pilot on the elite air medical team, you will conduct life‑saving missions, delivering critical care with speed and precision while working in a 24‑hour, day/night rotation environment. You will be part of an organization committed to Destination Zero safety, community outreach, and high standards of service.

That captures who we are and role description.

  • Successful completion of interview and acceptance by customer/PHI management.
  • If aircraft transition is required, agree to a 1‑year minimum service requirement per CBA.
  • If utilizing the relocation package, agree to a 2‑year minimum service requirement per CBA.
But maybe these are more like requirements. Could combine. However we need to avoid duplication. Could treat these as "Qualifications" (conditional service requirements). We'll keep.

Skills

  • Strong internal and external customer service skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a team‑oriented environment.

Benefits

  • Annual Safety Bonus.
  • Annual Employee Bonus.

Pay

Competitive base pay supplemented by shift bonuses, shift incentives, and performance‑based annual safety and employee bonuses.

Schedule

  • Full‑time position supporting the Greenville, KY base.
  • 7&7 schedule (seven days on, seven days off) with day/night rotations; the day of week the base changes schedules may vary, and schedule adjustments may be required.
