The Role
The purpose of the Licensed Therapist in Georgia is to provide high-quality, therapeutic services to clients, ensuring their mental health and well-being. The Georgia Therapist-Licensed is responsible for conducting assessments, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, maintaining accurate documentation, and collaborating with other internal and external professionals.
Responsibilities
- Deliver intensive in-home and community-based therapeutic services to children, adolescents, and families.
- Implement the Family Centered Treatment (FCT) model with fidelity, facilitating interventions across all four phases.
- Complete all required FCT documentation, fidelity tools, trainings, and achieve certification within designated timeframes.
- Participate in ongoing supervision and model fidelity review to ensure compliance and maintain program eligibility.
- Serve as clinical lead for the IFI treatment team, providing supervision and guidance to team members.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
- Must hold a current professional license in the state of Georgia as a LPC, LMFT, or LCSW.
- Must have at least 3 years of relevant experience working with youth or families.
Qualifications
- Experience working with youth or families.
- Knowledge of the Family Centered Treatment (FCT) model.
- Ability to conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
