IEP Specialist - Fully Remote | Upto $1000 Part-time

Role Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate AI-generated outputs related to IEP goal writing, accommodation recommendations, and behavioral intervention strategies.
• Create realistic scenarios based on special education workflows, including IEP meeting documentation and transition planning.
• Annotate, label, and validate data across special education use cases, ensuring IDEA compliance and appropriate goal alignment.
• Provide structured feedback on AI accuracy in areas such as federal and state special education law and evidence-based interventions.
• Collaborate asynchronously with research teams to refine evaluation frameworks for special education AI.

Qualifications

• Must-have: 3+ years of professional experience in special education.
• Preferred: Professional credentials such as BCBA, special education teaching licensure, or school psychologist certification.
