Responsibilities

• Transform recruitment processes through the implementation of AI-driven tools like Amplify Chat, Digital Workers, and Search & Match.
• Drive strategic initiatives that enhance client relationships and improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of recruitment technology solutions.
• Lead the adoption and optimization of Bullhorn’s recruitment software, including Amplify, to support business growth and profitability.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment strategies and technologies.

Requirements

Experience in staffing, recruitment, or related fields is required. A background in technology and a deep understanding of recruitment processes are preferred.
