Identity Security Specialist Solutions Engineer
About the role
For our client, we are seeking a Identity Security Specialist Solutions Engineer to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role is focused on helping enterprise customers strengthen identity security through technical advisory, solution design, and pre-sales support. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted specialist on privileged access and identity security, partnering with sales, delivery, and customer stakeholders to shape effective programs. You will lead discovery conversations, present architecture recommendations, and help align proposed solutions with the organization’s service capabilities. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a national resource for identity security across the organization’s regions.
- Lead advisory discovery sessions and technical sales calls, including identity-security assessments and workshops.
- Design and present privileged-access architectures across various identity types.
- Advise customers on best practices regarding privileged-account management and security controls.
- Collaborate with delivery leadership to align proposed solutions with the organization’s service capabilities.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity or technology consulting with a focus on identity security.
- 4 years of experience in customer-facing pre-sales or solutions engineering roles.
- Demonstrated experience with CyberArk across multiple lifecycle stages of enterprise programs.
- Practical knowledge of Privileged Identity Management (PIM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) concepts.
- Ability to design and present identity-security architectures to technical and executive stakeholders.

Pay
Compensation: $270,000 – $300,000 annually
