Responsibilities
- Define and lead the enterprise IAM strategy and roadmap aligned with business needs
- Manage IAM transformation initiatives, overseeing execution and budget accountability
- Develop Identity Governance and Administration capabilities, including lifecycle management and role management
- Lead the firm's Privileged Access Management program, focusing on credential management and governance
- Oversee enterprise authentication capabilities, including SSO, MFA, and conditional access
- Drive identity standards for cloud access and work with teams to implement controls
- Align IAM capabilities with security and compliance requirements across regulatory frameworks
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience, 12+ years in cybersecurity, 8+ years in IAM leadership
- Proven track record building enterprise IAM functions within global organizations
- Extensive experience leading in matrixed environments across technology, security, and business teams
- Strong familiarity with IAM technologies like IGA, PAM, SSO, MFA, and platforms like SailPoint, Microsoft Entra ID, Delinea, and CyberArk
- History of managing complex IAM transformation programs with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of security and compliance frameworks relevant to IAM
- Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management capabilities
