Identity and Access Specialist I

About the role

The Identity and Access Specialist I will create and maintain network access to the systems at Lake Charles Memorial Hospital. This position will be responsible for quickly setting up network accounts for all LCMH employees as well as vendors and contractor staff. Supervision: Reports directly to the Manager of IT Security Operations.

• Manage user accounts: create, update, and remove access as necessary.
• Troubleshoot access issues when required.
• Support applications and systems (strong skill).
• Create and maintain technical documentation (strong skill).
