We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info, no invention. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also remove "Learn more about career areas..." etc. Also remove "Posting Statements: Job posting may come down early due to volume of applicants." etc. Also remove "Posting End Date: 28 Sep 2026". Also remove "We Value Equal Opportunity" etc. Also remove "Applicants with Disabilities", "Drug and Alcohol Policy", "Wells Fargo Recruitment and Hiring Requirements", "Reference Number". Also remove "Locations:" maybe keep location info? It's substantive? It's location details. Should we include location? Not a specified heading; could be part of About the role or maybe a paragraph. The instructions: Use headings for sections; location could be in About the role paragraph. We'll include location info in About the role. We need to capture responsibilities: list of duties from "In this role, you will:" bullet list. Those are responsibilities. Requirements: Required Qualifications list. Desired Qualifications maybe under Qualifications or Skills? Could be Qualifications (desired) or Skills. The instruction: Use headings for section headings e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we can have Requirements (required qualifications) and Qualifications (desired) or Skills (maybe AI proficiency). But we need to decide. We have required qualifications: 10+ years Tech Strategic Leadership, 4+ years management, 4+ years leading IAM engineering orgs or large-scale identity platforms. Desired qualifications: list many items. Skills: maybe include AI proficiency, technical judgment, etc. Benefits: list of benefits. Pay: salary range $215,000 - $355,000. Schedule: not mentioned; no schedule info, so we should NOT include Schedule section. We must not include sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We need to preserve all substantive info: include multi-cloud IAM strategy, self-service model, emerging technologies, etc. Those are in responsibilities. We need to format responsibilities as
  • each bullet. Similarly required qualifications as
    • . Desired qualifications as
      • maybe under Qualifications. Skills: maybe include AI-assisted development proficiency, etc. Benefits: list as
        • . Pay: maybe

with salary range. We must not include markdown fences. Let's craft HTML. Start with maybe not required but we can just output headings and content. We need

for each section heading. We'll produce:

          About the role

Wells Fargo is seeking a Technology Director to lead within Cybersecurity, specifically within the Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineering organization. This leader will be responsible for advancing engineering capabilities that enable secure, scalable identity services across a complex technology environment. The role will help shape the organization’s multi-cloud IAM strategy, including how identity capabilities are consistently deployed and consumed across Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), AWS, and OpenShift Container Platform (OCP). A key focus will be evolving toward a cloud-agnostic, self-service model that simplifies application onboarding and enables greater portability and resiliency across cloud platforms. This leader will also help advance IAM capabilities supporting emerging technologies, including cloud security and agentic solutions, while building an engineering organization positioned for the future. • Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CyberArk Defender/Sentry, or related security certifications are preferred
Skills (maybe AI proficiency already covered but we can separate): But we already included AI proficiency in responsibilities; maybe we can put Skills as a separate section for technical skills like AI-assisted tools, etc. However we might duplicate. The instruction: prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Could combine AI proficiency under Skills. But we already have them in responsibilities; maybe better to move AI-related bullet points to Skills section and keep responsibilities focused on leadership. However we must preserve all substantive info; moving is okay as long as we keep content. Let's restructure: Responsibilities focus on leadership/management tasks; Skills focus on technical/AI proficiency. Let's extract AI-related bullets from responsibilities and put them under Skills. Responsibilities list will then exclude those AI bullets. Let's rewrite Responsibilities without AI bullets. Responsibilities bullets: - Manage a team of engineering managers and engineering leads - Provide strategic and technical leadership for IAM engineering capabilities across multiple cloud platforms - Drive development of a multi-cloud IAM strategy focused on portability, resiliency, standardization, and reducing dependency on individual cloud providers - Advance self-service IAM capabilities that simplify application onboarding, provisioning, and configuration across cloud environments - Partner across security, cloud, platform, architecture, and application engineering teams to establish reusable IAM patterns and services - Help define the IAM engineering strategy for emerging agentic technologies and evolving cloud security requirements - Focus on delivering commitments aligned to enterprise strategic priorities - Build support for strategies with business and technology leaders - Guide development of actionable roadmaps and plans - Identify opportunities and strategies for continuous improvement of software engineering practices - Provide oversight to software craftsmanship, security, availability, resilience, and scalability of solutions developed by the teams or third-party providers - Set risk management guidelines and partner with stakeholders to implement key risk initiatives - Develop strategies for hiring engineering talent - Lead implementation of projects and encourage engineering innovation - Collaborate and influence all levels of professionals including more experienced managers - Interface with external agencies, regulatory bodies, or industry forums - Manage allocation of people and financial resources - Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy Now Skills section:

We should not include Schedule. Now ensure we didn't include any boilerplate. We removed location list? We kept location in About the role paragraph. Good. Check for any duplicated lines: we removed "Posting Statements", "Posting End Date", "We Value Equal Opportunity", etc. Check for any mention of visa sponsorship etc: we removed
