About the Opportunity

The Identity and Access Management Administrator will manage daily operations and security configurations within the enterprise identity infrastructure. This role ensures appropriate user access and protection of digital assets while supporting key security initiatives and advancing automation efforts.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily administration, ticket resolution, and user provisioning/de-provisioning across identity platforms including Okta, Active Directory, and Entra ID.
• Administer and monitor adaptive access policies aligned with the organization's Zero Trust Framework.
• Utilize AI features and scripting (PowerShell, Python) to automate tasks and optimize identity operations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve authentication, authorization, and synchronization incidents.
• Support security initiatives such as Privileged Access Management and cloud application onboarding.
• Conduct user privilege audits and maintain clear operational documentation.
• Participate in after-hours on-call support rotations to ensure platform availability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related technical field or equivalent professional IT experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Identity and Access Management.
• Proficiency with enterprise identity platforms such as Okta, Active Directory, or Entra ID.
• Experience troubleshooting authentication and authorization issues.
• Authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Preferred: Experience in higher education IAM, familiarity with conditional access and PAM, scripting skills, and use of AI in identity management.

Pay

Salary up to 95K, commensurate with experience.
