About the role
This role is ideal for a service-minded IT professional who enjoys problem-solving, collaborating across teams, and supporting secure access across a large application environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage identity and access requests, including onboarding, offboarding, application security, and file share access
- Use ServiceNow and IAM tools to review, route, and complete access-related service requests
- Support least-privilege access, logical access controls, and compliance with enterprise security standards
- Partner with IT, security, and business teams to resolve access issues and improve IAM processes
- Participate in audit support, access reviews, documentation, and ongoing process improvement
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in IT service management, IT operations, infrastructure support, help desk, quality assurance, knowledge support, or a related security-focused IT environment
- Strong customer service, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage priorities, work independently, and contribute within a team environment
- Familiarity with IAM concepts, access administration, ticketing systems, compliance, or audit support
- Experience with Active Directory, CyberArk, SailPoint, Microsoft Entra, or SAP security is a plus

Pay
Base pay is determined by a variety of factors, including training, transferable skills, relevant experience, business needs, and market conditions. Compensation is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
Schedule and On-Call
This is a full-time, in-office hourly role based in League City, Texas. Team members participate in a rotating on-call schedule, typically a two-week rotation about once per quarter, to support after-hours security-related access needs.
