About The Role

Identity is at the core of most modern security failures — and the AI systems of tomorrow need to understand exactly how and why. We're looking for experienced IAM professionals to work alongside world-leading AI research teams, bringing real-world expertise to scenarios that matter. You'll analyze realistic identity and access management situations, helping ensure AI systems learn how IAM risk actually emerges, propagates, and gets exploited in enterprise environments. Your knowledge directly shapes the security reasoning of cutting-edge AI models.

What You'll Do

  • Analyze IAM, SSO, and access control scenarios to identify weaknesses, misconfigurations, and attack paths
  • Classify permission issues, privilege escalation vectors, and identity-related failures
  • Review zero-trust models and access design decisions for correctness and risk exposure
  • Generate and validate realistic identity security data used to train and evaluate AI systems
  • Provide structured, expert feedback on how AI reasons about enterprise identity risk

Who You Are

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with IAM, SSO, or enterprise identity platforms
  • Solid understanding of RBAC, least-privilege principles, and access review processes
  • Familiar with how identity failures occur and how attackers exploit them in real environments
  • Analytical and detail-oriented — able to spot subtle misconfigurations and policy gaps
  • Clear written communicator who can explain complex security concepts concisely
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in an async, remote setting

Nice to Have

  • Experience with platforms like Okta, Azure AD, AWS IAM, or similar enterprise identity tools
  • Familiarity with frameworks such as NIST, MITRE ATT&CK, or zero-trust architecture
  • Background in security engineering, cloud security, or identity governance
  • Prior experience in AI data annotation or evaluation workflows
