Responsibilities
- Conduct geological surveys and analysis to identify potential mining sites.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to develop and optimize mining operations.
- Provide technical support for environmental compliance and safety protocols.
- Develop and maintain geological databases and reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Geology or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant industry experience.
- Proficiency in GIS software and data analysis tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of mineralogy, sedimentary geology, and structural geology.
- Experience with remote sensing technologies and data interpretation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Strong understanding of geospatial data and mapping techniques.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as ArcGIS.
- Knowledge of environmental regulations and compliance procedures.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
