About the role

You are the welcoming face of the Ideal Market's team for every guest who visits our stores. You will provide a great customer experience in a clean, friendly, fast-paced work environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide a great customer experience in a clean, friendly, fast-paced work environment.
• Learn multiple responsibilities through cross-training in all store functions.
• Work full- and part-time schedules to cover when needed.
• Ask about guests' days and offer personalized services like a large coffee and a sausage biscuit.

Requirements

• Cashier experience preferred but not required
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Able and willing to work all shifts to cover when needed
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills preferred to provide customer assistance
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally
