About the role
The Advancement Team at Idaho Youth Ranch builds meaningful connections that fuel our mission and expand our impact across Idaho. We secure the resources, partnerships, and community engagement needed to ensure that youth and families, especially those facing poverty or other barriers, have access to hope, healing, and opportunity.
Responsibilities
- Mobilize community members in meaningful service that supports youth and families across Idaho.
- Strengthen volunteer recruitment, onboarding, communication, and retention, creating sustainable systems that expand access to service opportunities.
- Cook up projects, support outreach, and enhance the volunteer experience, increasing the number of engaged volunteers and total service hours.
- Foster civic engagement, develop lasting community partnerships, and help ensure more young people have access to safe, supportive environments and opportunities for healing and resilience.
