Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business and technical teams to resolve software design and implementation challenges.
• Evaluate, utilize, and lead AI/ML initiatives to accelerate software development and product enhancements.
• Collaborate with Product, QA, and Data teams to define requirements and AI feature behavior.
• Create application designs that meet functional and technical standards.
• Gather and interpret user requirements into detailed design specifications.
• Develop system specifications and interface designs.
• Estimate development effort and prepare implementation schedules.
• Develop new features, enhancements, and production fixes following industry best practices.
• Design and support software testing prior to deployment.
• Provide on-call production support as required.
