We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must include only sections that have real specific content. The posting includes: description (intro), responsibilities (detailed), qualifications (education, experience, required skills, licenses & certifications). There's no explicit Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we should not create those sections. We need to use

for section headings. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate. We need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to include the description paragraphs about ICU service lines, the three ICUs, etc. Also responsibilities broken down into sub-sections? The responsibilities section includes many bullet-like numbered items under subheadings: Nursing Process Assessment, Diagnosis and Planning, Implementation, Evaluation, Documentation, Leadership and Professional Development, Employee Responsibilities. We need to format as lists. We need to decide how to structure: maybe a

    Responsibilities

then within that we can have subheadings? The instruction only says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but we should follow that. Probably we should keep only those top-level sections. Within Responsibilities we can use
    • for each duty. Could also break into sub-lists but okay. Similarly Qualifications: we can have

      Qualifications

then list items. We need to include "About the role" maybe as a section heading for the introductory description. The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we should include an About the role section with the introductory paragraphs. Thus output:

      About the role

      ...

      Responsibilities

      • ...
      • ...

      Qualifications

      • ...
      • ...
We need to preserve all substantive information. Let's extract. Intro paragraphs: "This Resource Float Pool RN will support our ICU service lines. Candidates should have experience caring for critically ill patients and be comfortable floating between multiple ICU environments. Resource Float Pool RNs may also be asked to support other areas throughout the hospital based on patient care and staffing needs. The Christ Hospital has three ICU specialties at our main Auburn Avenue campus, each offering unique patient populations and experiences: CVICU (28 beds): Focuses on high-acuity cardiovascular patients, including open heart surgery, heart transplants, ventricular assist devices, ECMO, Impellas, and advanced heart failure patients. SICU (14 beds): Cares for a diverse surgical population including neurology, neurosurgery, vascular, transplant, general surgery, and OB/GYN surgical patients. MICU (20 beds): Provides care for critically ill medical patients with diagnoses such as sepsis, respiratory failure, GI bleeds, heart failure, renal failure, and multi-organ dysfunction. All three ICUs emphasize teamwork, evidence-based practice, advanced critical care skills, exceptional patient outcomes, and strong interdisciplinary support. The practice of nursing requires specialized knowledge, judgment, and skills to provide care to groups and individuals. The RN utilizes knowledge derived from the principles of biological, physical, behavioral, social, and nursing sciences to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. All care is provided based on the concepts inherent in the model of care for TCH which promotes an on-going partnership between patients and families and the team of healthcare providers. The care is culturally based and age specific. The RN adheres to American Nursing Association (ANA) code of ethics and to the scope of practice described in the Ohio Nurse Practice Act." That's the About the role. Responsibilities: The posting lists many items under headings: Nursing Process Assessment (with subpoints 1-4), Diagnosis and Planning (subpoints 1-4), Implementation (subpoints 1-5), Evaluation (subpoints 1-2), Documentation (paragraph), Leadership and Professional Development (with subpoints 1-8 plus a list of strongly encouraged items a-e), Employee Responsibilities (paragraph), Attendance (paragraph). We need to capture all. We can flatten into a list of responsibilities items. But we need to preserve all detail; we can keep subheadings as maybe? Not required but could be within
    • . However instruction only says use
      • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. It doesn't forbid using other tags inside
      • . So we can include subheadings as inside
      • . That would preserve structure. Thus for each major heading we can create a
      • with Heading: then sublist? Could also nest
. But maybe simpler: each responsibility item as
        • with the text. We need to include all subpoints. and then

          or

          • . For About the role: we can put the paragraphs in

. Might be long; we can keep as one

            or split into multiple

            . Probably one

is fine. For Responsibilities: we need a list. We'll create

              with each major heading as
            • containing heading and then maybe nested
