ICU Registered Nurse

Seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse to deliver high-acuity bedside care to critically ill adult patients in a community-focused hospital setting. Key Responsibilities Include Performing comprehensive patient assessments and managing complex care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.Administering medications safely, titrating vasoactive drips, and managing ventilators.Interpreting cardiac and hemodynamic monitoring data to inform clinical decisions.Providing patient and family education to support understanding and engagement in care.Documenting care accurately in the Electronic Health Record (EHR).Participating in emergency responses such as codes and rapid response situations.Contributing to quality improvement, safety initiatives, and evidence-based practices to promote equitable care. Qualifications And Skills Current Registered Nurse license with ICU experience.Proficiency in ventilator management, hemodynamic monitoring, and vasoactive medication administration.Strong assessment skills, ability to interpret complex data, and effective communication with patients, families, and staff.
