ICU Registered Nurse

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver excellence in patient-centered, evidence-based nursing care to critically ill and medically complex adult patients
• Continuously monitor, assess, and respond to rapidly changing patient conditions
• Collaborate seamlessly with physicians, advanced practice providers, and allied health professionals to drive optimal outcomes
• Educate patients and their loved ones with compassion and clarity throughout the care journey
• Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation in accordance with hospital standards
• Adhere to infection control, safety, and quality guidelines at all times

Qualifications

• Valid RN license number from NH
• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Agile (1+ years)
• 1+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
• Medical-Surgical (Med-Surg)
• Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
• Critical Care Unit (CCU)
• Telemetry
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of New Hampshire (NH)
• ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
• American Red Cross Advanced Life Support (ARC ALS)
• American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA ACLS)
• Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS)
• Certified Critical Care Nurse (CCRN)
• Progressive Care Certified Nurse (PCCN)
