Responsibilities
- Provide high-acuity, evidence-based care to critically ill adults
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care
- Titrate drips and manage ventilators
- Collaborate with intensivists and multidisciplinary teams
- Respond promptly to rapid changes in patient status
- Educate patients and families on care and conditions
- Maintain strict safety and infection-control standards
- Document thoroughly in the EMR
Qualifications & Skills
Registered Nurse licensure with ICU experience preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Excellent communication and patient education abilities
