ICU Night Registered Nurse - E/O Weekend & Holiday Rotation

Role: The Registered Nurse (RN) delivers compassionate, high-quality care to patients across all age groups and backgrounds, promoting positive outcomes through the nursing process. Responsibilities: Assess patient conditions, monitor vital signs, administer medications, provide direct and indirect nursing care, document medical information, and respond to emergencies. Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans, educate patients and families, maintain accurate records, and participate in quality improvement initiatives. Perform charge nurse duties as assigned and ensure compliance with policies, standards, and regulations. Qualifications & Skills: Graduate of an accredited nursing school; Bachelor’s degree preferred (required for Cardiac Rehab). Current Massachusetts RN license, BLS certification, with ACLS, PALS, or NRP as applicable. Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational skills, and adaptability. New graduates may be considered for some positions; preferred experience in acute care. Additional Requirements: Physical ability to stand, walk, lift (25-50 lbs), and work in fast-paced, potentially stressful environments. Must adhere to safety training, maintain licensure and certifications, and demonstrate a growth mindset focused on evidence-based practice and continuous improvement.
