About the role
ICU / IMCU nurse responsible for delivering high-quality, evidence-based care to critically ill and intermediate-care patients.
Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, and implement complex care plans
- Manage drips and ventilators
- Interpret telemetry and lab results
- Respond rapidly to patient condition changes
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
- Utilize advanced EHR and staffing technology
- Advocate for patients and families
- Provide comprehensive ICU/IMCU nursing care
- Coordinate with healthcare team
- Monitor patient status
- Adapt care plans as needed
- Utilize technology to enhance patient outcomes and clinician experience
Qualifications
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
