Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Promotes patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management and post-treatment needs.
• Ensures patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance while participating in professional development.
• Develops and documents individualized care plans, collaborating with the healthcare team and patient/family.
• Utilizes critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient preferences and barriers.
• Works in a safety-sensitive role, maintaining constant alertness and safe practices.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Licenses & Certifications: Valid RN license.
• Experience: No experience required; less than 2 years preferred.
• Preferred: ICU experience and BSN degree.
