Main Activities

  • Project Planning
  • Define the scope of the project, objectives, deliverables and roadmap.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including activities, milestones, effort estimates and budgets.
  • Cook up kick-off and planning activities with internal and external teams.
  • Technical Oversight
  • Monitor the technical aspects of the project, ensuring consistency with company architectural and technological standards.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to define solutions.
  • Validate technical analyses, designs, s plans and technological deliverables.
  • Capacity Management
  • Plan and manage the necessary resources, ensuring adequate coverage of skills.
  • Monitor team workloads, availability, and performance.
  • Collaborate with department managers to define requirements.
  • Stakeholder Management
  • Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment on objectives, progress, and critical issues.
  • Conduct meetings, steering committee meetings, and periodic communication activities.
  • Facilitate collaboration between business, IT, and vendors.
  • Risk & Quality Management
  • Identify risks, dependencies and problems in a timely manner, defining effective mitigation plans.
  • Ensure compliance with project quality standards and company policies.
  • Monitor project KPIs and take corrective action when necessary.
  • Delivery & Closure
  • Supervise the delivery, sing, go-live and handover phases to the operations teams.
  • Cook up project closure activities, lessons learned and final reporting.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with contractual requirements.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in managing complex ICT projects.
  • Excellent knowledge of project management methodologies (traditional and agile).
  • PMP certification (Project Management Professional).
  • Skills in infrastructure, applications and systems integration.
  • Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary, multicultural and multi-supplier teams.
  • Knowledge of PM tools (MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work in complex and structured environments.
  • Independent management of priorities and deadlines.

The indicative gross annual salary for this role is between €50000 and €65000.
The actual contractual classification and the associated remuneration package will be determined on the basis of various factors, including professional qualifications, level of seniority, skills acquired and educational background.
