Main Activities
- Project Planning
- Define the scope of the project, objectives, deliverables and roadmap.
- Develop detailed project plans, including activities, milestones, effort estimates and budgets.
- Cook up kick-off and planning activities with internal and external teams.
- Technical Oversight
- Monitor the technical aspects of the project, ensuring consistency with company architectural and technological standards.
- Collaborate with technical teams to define solutions.
- Validate technical analyses, designs, s plans and technological deliverables.
- Capacity Management
- Plan and manage the necessary resources, ensuring adequate coverage of skills.
- Monitor team workloads, availability, and performance.
- Collaborate with department managers to define requirements.
- Stakeholder Management
- Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment on objectives, progress, and critical issues.
- Conduct meetings, steering committee meetings, and periodic communication activities.
- Facilitate collaboration between business, IT, and vendors.
- Risk & Quality Management
- Identify risks, dependencies and problems in a timely manner, defining effective mitigation plans.
- Ensure compliance with project quality standards and company policies.
- Monitor project KPIs and take corrective action when necessary.
- Delivery & Closure
- Supervise the delivery, sing, go-live and handover phases to the operations teams.
- Cook up project closure activities, lessons learned and final reporting.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with contractual requirements.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in managing complex ICT projects.
- Excellent knowledge of project management methodologies (traditional and agile).
- PMP certification (Project Management Professional).
- Skills in infrastructure, applications and systems integration.
- Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary, multicultural and multi-supplier teams.
- Knowledge of PM tools (MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, etc.).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work in complex and structured environments.
- Independent management of priorities and deadlines.

The indicative gross annual salary for this role is between €50000 and €65000.
The actual contractual classification and the associated remuneration package will be determined on the basis of various factors, including professional qualifications, level of seniority, skills acquired and educational background.
