About the role
Requires traveling throughout the St. Louis city and county to meet with clients in their homes to provide crisis-based therapy services, family therapy, and behavioral based interventions for families, youth, and young adults.
Responsibilities
- Authorizes, coordinates, monitors, and adjusts services with contract providers.
- Identifies, develops, and maintains good relationships and linkages with a wide range of community resources.
- Ensures follow through with appointments by assisting clients to keep appointments.
- Provides collaborative clinical case management services.
Requirements
- MUST be Fully licensed in MO – LPC or LCSW.
- Education Master's Degree Social Work.
- Experience 2-5 years.

- Licenses & Certifications Class D (IL) or Class E (MO); LCSW or LPC.

Pay
FT 40 hours/week – benefits eligible.
Schedule
PT shift position that requires flexibility to meet with clients. Day, afternoon, or evening shift flexibility.
