iCommons and the Open Video Alliance

iCommons and the Open Video Alliance asked Intelligent Television to prepare a white paper describing the legal, policy, business, and technical procedures involved in bringing educational video from universities, libraries, museums, and archives into Wikipedia. This white paper focuses on policy and legal issues as well as on the technical issues involved in providing video for Wikipedia.
