About the role

Responsibilities
- Feed correctly identified cups and lids into the filler and unscrambler.
- Ensure all ingredients are added to the package before the first sellable package and continuously examine the appearance thereafter.
- Check the appearance of containers and products for proper lid fit, fill, and cleanliness, and wrap if necessary.
- Ensure correct machine setup, including correct code dates, before startup for each flavor and during the production run.
- Work with the Freezer Operator to facilitate efficient changeovers.
- Maintain proper Clean In Place (CIP) and Clean Out of Place (COP) procedures as required using Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and checklists.
- Maintain a high standard of safety towards people, equipment, and building structures.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must work in a team environment.
- Must adhere to scheduled work hours, including start times, end times, lunch breaks, and breaks.
- Must follow Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) regulations and safety guidelines.
- Must be accountable to Turkey Hill's Food Safety and Quality Principles.
Qualifications
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds and/or push/pull 50 pounds on a regular basis.
- Must be able to stand and walk for 8+ hours in a manufacturing environment.
- Must be able to ascend and descend stairs and perform various job-related tasks.
- Must be able to inspect all job-related equipment (office or floor) to ensure it is in good working condition.
- Must be able to use hands and fingers to handle or feel various types of office equipment.
- Must be able to operate all job-related equipment (powered, hand, or office) as required.
- Must have close, distance, peripheral, and depth vision, and adjust focus.

Pay
Competitive pay is offered based on experience and qualifications.
Schedule
The schedule for this position is rotating 12-hour shifts, starting at 5:55 PM and ending at 6:00 AM.
