About the role
We are seeking a highly skilled AI Expert to drive the design, development, and deployment of advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI-driven solutions. This role will translate business challenges into scalable digital solutions, enabling data-driven decision-making and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver scalable AI/ML solutions addressing high-value use cases such as forecasting, optimization, predictive maintenance, and operational automation
- Identify and prioritize AI opportunities aligned with strategic business objectives and operational KPIs
- Translate business needs into robust data models, algorithms, and technical architectures
- Lead model lifecycle management: data exploration, site specific specialization, training, validation, and deployment
- Embed AI solutions into business workflows (dashboards, applications, automation pipelines) to ensure adoption and sustained impact
- Partner cross-functionally with Digital, Engineering, IT, and Operations teams to ensure seamless integration and execution
- Establish best practices in data quality, governance, and compliance
- Continuously monitor model performance and drive iterative improvements
- Stay at the forefront of AI innovation, bringing emerging technologies into practical, scalable use
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
- Proven experience in AI, machine learning, or advanced analytics roles
- Strong programming skills
- Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries
- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and statistical modeling
- Experience working with structured and unstructured data sources
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and data ecosystems
- Preferred experience in supply chain, operations, or manufacturing environments
- Preferred knowledge of AI use cases such as predictive maintenance, quality analytics, and process optimization
- Preferred experience with MLOps, automation frameworks, or deployment pipelines

Pay
The pay range for this position is $88,600 to $133,000.
